• Represented Vodafone Air-touch B.V in a pivotal role in the establishment of MisrFone Co, now known as Vodafone Egypt.
• Led the site acquisition team to posses rooftops and lands necessary for the mobile network's infrastructure expansion across Egypt.
• Played a key role in establishing the joint venture between Vodafone International and Teletech Co. to bid for the closed compound network operator license in Egypt.
• Oversaw the preparation of all tender documents for the closed compound network operator license and managed the submission process to the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
• Negotiated Vodafone's closed network license with the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), ensuring that Vodafone’s operations complied with local regulations.

Etisalat Misr

•  Oversaw the company’s legal affairs and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with both Egyptian and international regulations.
• Advised on complex legal matters, managing high-level disputes, and serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
• Negotiated Etisalat’s 3G mobile license in Egypt and facilitated the restructuring of data companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing business operations.
