Damac Properties

• Represented DAMAC in the acquisition of 1,500 feddans in New Cairo for the Hyde Park project, negotiating with contractors and stakeholders for the successful development of the project.
• Represented DAMAC in the joint development agreement with Sabour to develop De Square project in Hyde Park.
• Represented DAMAC in the joint development agreement with Mountain View to develop Mountain View Hyde Park.
• Represented DAMAC in the acquisition of 3,000 feddans in Red Sea from the Tourism Development Authority (TDA).
• Represented DAMAC in negotiating the sale of a 60% stake in the Hyde Park project to the Egyptian Housing and Development Bank.
• Represented the Founder of Damac Group in lawsuits filed during the Egyptian revolution of 2011.

Embassy of Singapore in Egypt

• Represented the Embassy of Singapore in the acquisition of a historic building in Zamalek, which has since been transformed into their new headquarters. The deal was structured to meet diplomatic and regulatory requirements.

Qatari Diar

• Advised Qatari Diyar on the development of a 2,000 feddan real estate project in New Cairo, known as City Gate.
• Represented the company in negotiations with local authorities and stakeholders to secure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
• Represented Qatari Diar in negotiations with the Cairo Governorate to modify land use for the St. Regis project on the Nile, ensuring that the planned development complied with all zoning and building regulations.
• Led the renegotiation of the Hotel Management Agreement for the St. Regis brand, ensuring the operational alignment of the hotel with Starwood’s brand guidelines.
• Negotiated with the main contractor for the St. Regis project, for modifications to the construction contract, including adjustments to the project timeline and budget.
